Theme:

A haunted house, brought to life very well through a classic “point and click” adventure. Graphics were good, and the interface was easy to use, giving each person their own view of the game so you can go of indepently and look at things. There are moments where you will have to work as a team to sovle the puzzles.

The game was fairly immersive, as immersive as a point and click can be! it really set the tone with good use of sound and all things considered it delivered on the creepy manor vibes! It was produced to a high standard with an art style that is unique to this game.

Game Play:
A fairly linear game that had a good amount of puzzles, incoporating teamwork, logic, word, observation, spatial awareness, math and aural. An excellent mix.
Puzzles were all beautifully logical, with wonderful ah-ha moments that wouldn’t have felt out of place in a real life setting (we actually said whilst playing that we would LOVE to see this in real life!)
The puzzles are all perfectly solveable on their own, and the method of input never leaves room for second guessing or ambiguity.
Puzzles were all wonderfully on theme and the way one puzzle fostered teamwork was very nicely done indeed.
Signposting was subtle, but it was clear what pieces fitted into where and thus it made for a very well telegraphed experience the logic was so clear.
Flow was wonderful and we found ourselves sailing cleanly through the game at a steady pace.
A very enjoyable online game that is paced well and placed at a good level of challenge, seasoned escapees may find it a little bit easier due to its excellent logic and clear consice gameplay.
