By our 2nd game, the bug had well and truly bitten… I was hooked. I actually booked Shipwrecked the minute I finished playing Wanted:Cowboys… and so onto our 3rd game… would we get out of this?

Theme:”Can you escape the famous Soldado Pirate shipwreck with Captain Chiver’s most prized and valuable treasure before his ghost that endlessly haunts the ship finds you, and drags you down into his watery grave? You have 60 minutes to search the ship and find your way out with the riches”

The theming here was great, a little bare, but all in keeping for the Captain’s Quarters and cells of a ship! I really enjoyed this, the music playing was all perfectly matched too… I half expected (wished?!) Captain Jack to be sitting in one of the rooms!

Game Play:
The puzzles here were slightly easier than Wanted:Cowboys, and unfortunately our Game Host missed resetting one puzzle which meant we skipped a step, but it wasn’t important, and didn’t effect our game at all, we still had a blast!! As usual, with Breakout there were lots of coded padlocks to crack!

Clue System:
Clues are delivered through a screen system, with a noise appropriate to the game

Game Host:
The Game Host was friendly as ever, and despite missing re-setting a puzzle, she guided us well and gave hints only when we were really stuck!

Did we escape?
YES! Our first victory, nothing is sweeter than that taste of unlocking the final door and getting out! Wahhoo!
